Thanks to a culture-rich upbringing and a stint in the US Air Force, I’ve developed a perfect balance between being artistic and detail oriented. I’m passionate about writing, photography, computers, music and art. Throw all that together with my uncanny ability to organize, and you’ve got Plumb Creative!
where i am
I live in the small town of Grants Pass, in southern Oregon. I’m just crazy about the Pacific Northwest, the rain, the mountains, the trees, and the people. It’s a great place to raise my two boys (and rambunctious golden retriever, Remy) with my husband and photography partner, Nick. Living here inspires me to create something new and enjoy the beauty of life around me.
where i’ve been
Traveling has been a lifelong influence on the person I am. I’ve visited my heritage land of Denmark so many times, I’ve lost count. Straight out of high school, I road the rails around Europe. I spent time studying poetry in London, and learned the value of a camera when I spent 3 weeks in Scotland without one, after it’d been stolen. The military took me to Germany and all over the Southern states. There are many places left on my list to see, but my heart belongs to the PNW.
